RAMMS technologies is a fully customisable repair and maintenance management solution. This cloud-based system can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. Designed initially as a customer-focused repair reporting application, RAMMS has grown to be an ideal repair management solution for medium to small businesses. This coupled with the ability to monitor the health of all your assets, repairs and servicing history now makes many simple asset repair management solutions look incomplete.

Designed with the servicing and repairs industry in mind, RAMMS can transform your business processes and increase productivity, accuracy and customer service levels. Knowing the exact asset prior to dispatching a technician ensures the right parts and repair knowledge is prevalent to an FTF (first-time fix).

No more need to register assets in an excel spreadsheet only to find a repair at reconciliation time you have no idea where they are or the condition they are in. Once an asset is registered in RAMMS you can view all the information in a simple one-stop system. No more importing and exporting files from multiple systems. The RAMMS system has a robust yet flexible database structure that can cater for any asset type. From a Ferrari to a filing cabinet, all relative information can be stored, monitored and reported. APIs are also available for integration with other systems. Data can also be extracted via services like Zapier or IFTT to create custom workflows. Suppliers and parts companies can be linked for internet-based parts ordering. RAMMS can additionally integrate with accounting packages like Xero, Freshbooks or Reckon for easy billing and accounting.

Hybrid applications built in Ionic, Cordova and angular. The applications will be deployed on both iOS and Android platforms.

Both applications are completely customisable including fields, screen layouts and your own branding. Screenshots and description below are based on a gymnasium repair company.

Main Menu	Here you can select one of the many functions. Register a new asset Register multiple new asset Add a new manufacturer Add a new product line Add a new repair type Add a new model Add a new facility
Add Asset	Here you register a new asset Select a manufacturer Select a product line Select a model Use By GPS or By Postcode to automatically populate address fields
	Select a facility Use Scan asset to capture the asset tag Use Scan serial number to capture it or manually add it Some customisable fields based on your requirements
Repair selection	This screen contains a listing of available repair calls. Simply select one to view additional details
Repair details	This screen displays all the repair job details. You can also view technicians notes and any images taken from the customer. The action button provides a number of job responses shown in the next screenshot.
Repair Actions	Here you have a number of pre determined actions for the repair. Add a repair note Request parts Close and complete the repair
	Once a repair is to be closed, the system will ask for a per determined fault code to be selected
	Then the system will ask if you wish to add a completion note and require an estimated average time the repair took.

RAMMS can provide numerous types of dashboards and reporting tools. You can allocate specific screens and access to suppliers, repair providers and your own asset management staff.

Dashboards can be web-based, desktop applications or mobile applications. Screen options and reporting are customisable for your business requirements.

The example below is for a gymnasium equipment repair business ( Centrefit ) who manage all assets for many gym locations. At a glance, they can see all assets and their repair information.
