A guard simply scans in the system via the mobile application eliminating painfully logins and passwords. They are then presented with their allocated patrol details.

Once arriving at the site or premises they scan a QR or RFID tag enter any issues or create any notes of any reference. Take any photos of any issues or location photos. Once secure the guard completes the patrol details and closes the patrol clients will know instantly when the guard scanned in and the duration the guard was at the site. If any other guards were scanned at that location within 24 hours the guard will be presented with the notes and photos from the other visit, helping the guard if any actions or follow up details are needed.

Sites using Bluetooth beacons make this process even easier as the mobile application detects the beacon and automatically starts the patrol and ends it when the beacon goes out of range. This way the guard can patrol hands-free leaving the guard will free hands for carrying torches, radios etc.

The system monitors all patrol visits and if a duration extends an allocated time, the system can do a number of set items.

Onguardapp Security Patrol Software System uses mobile applications are written in ionic framework and angular and use Cordova native plugins.

Desktop applications can be built for the web, native Windows and macOS applications using xojo or using Electron.

The projects are then built into iOS and Android applications.

All communications between mobile or desktop applications are processed by a Laravel server a PHP Framework for Web Artisans.

All API calls then communicate with an MYSQL database
